IBO lightweight champion, Emmanuel ‘Game Boy’ Tagoe continues to talk big ahead of his fight with David Fernando Saucedo at the Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra, Ghana on January 27, 2018.
The Baby Jet Boxing Promotions ‘acid’ talker claims he is the King and Prophet of Ghana boxing.
Game Boy, known for predicting the outcome of his fights days before the bout has promised to predict the exact round he is going to stop Fernando Saucedo right in front of him when the two face off.
“Not that I am the only world title holder, but I am the only Ghanaian boxing champion with 11 title belts” he stressed.
According to Tagoe, he is also the best performer of the art [boxing].
“I have the skill, stamina and natural talent, so I did not go through the amateur ranks. I just jumped into the game because I wanted to box” he said.
He noted that boxing is not for strong people, but smart people, that is why Parnell Whitaker defeated Azumah Nelson.
Emmanuel Tagoe further reiterated that he has fought the toughest opponents among Ghanaian boxers.
“I am promising Ghanaians another great boxing night on January 27, 2018, and I want people who love real boxing to come and watch another display. I will give them their money’s worth of quality boxing” he explained.
Emmanuel Tagoe [27-1, 13 KO’s] will step into the ring for the first time in over a year, after injuries and other technical issues ensured he has not fought since winning the title with a unanimous points decision over South African Mzonke Fana in December 2016.
