WBO Africa Bantamweight Champion, Duke Akuetteh ‘Baby Face’ Micah has expressed his desire to winning the WBC world title belt anytime soon.
Revealing his plans for the year [2018] to Class Sports, Real Deal Sports & Entertainment signed boxer said:
“I’ve had many challenging moments in the ring, but I’ve always strived to come out tops.
It is all about blood, sweat and tears. I’ve given my all for the sport over the years and I’ve confidence I can crown my efforts with a world title by the end of the year.”
“My promoters are working around the clock to secure the fight hopefully by the end of next month and I cannot simply let this opportunity pass.
Micah’s impressive record stands at [21-0-0, 18 KO’s] and wants to go a step further in adding to his WBC International Bantamweight belt.
Micah, an Olympian has been nominated alongside Isaac Dogboe for the 2017 Sports Writers Association of Ghana [SWAG] Boxer of the Year Award.
