The Black Satellites of Ghana will come face-to-face against Cameroon on Thursday, 25th February 2021 at the Stade de Nouadhibou in the quarterfinal of the Total Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, Mauritania 2021.
Ghana qualified to the quarterfinal phase despite losing 2-1 to Gambia in the final match of Group C yesterday having put up a profligate performance against the resilient Young Scorpions.
The Black Satellites announced their presence in the competitions positively and as one of the bookmarked favourite having put four goals past Tanzania in their first game.
But their last two matches has proved otherwise. Ghana drew blanks with Morocco in their second game and lost their final match against the Young Scorpions of Gambia.
The Young Indomitable Lions on the other hand came top of Group A having won all their three games fair and square.
