The late Venue Media Officer for the Nduom Stadium in Elmina, Aminu Mohammed [Lord Zylla] will be laid to rest today [Saturday], 19th August, 2017 at Ketan, Sekondi.
Mohammed suffered a heart attack on his way to perform his official duty as Venue Media in a league match between Elmina Sharks and Hearts of Oak.
The experienced broadcaster has been the GFA’s venue media officer for the past three years at the Essipon and later at the Nduom stadium until his untimely death.
He worked with various media houses including Happy FM, Radio Maxx, Goodnews FM, Kyzz FM, Beach Fm and Radio 360 where he was working till his demise.
He also served as the Operations Manager for Sekondi XI Wise at a point.
He was 48 years and left behind a wife and five children.
Meanwhile the GFA has made one of the national team buses available to convey media personnel and football officials who will attend the funeral of the late seasoned journalist in Sekondi.
