The West Africa Football Academy [WAFA] had to dig very deep before beating relegation threatened Elmina Sharks at the Red Bull Arena in Sogakope on Wednesday, June 28, 2017.
After being frustrated by the visitors [Elmina Sharks], the soccer physicians [WAFA] found the net through Musah Nuhu in the 86th minute to keep their dream of lifting the 2017 Ghana Premier League [GPL] trophy alive.
The win means that WAFA is still atop the Ghana Premier League table with 40 points after matchday 20 whiles Elmina Sharks lies at the fourteenth [14th] position with 21 points.
