The Porcupine Warriors did not only paint Dawu red on Sunday, but left the Theatre of Dreams with all three points at stake having beaten a 10-man Dreams FC 1-0.

After missing several goal scoring opportunities in the first stanza of the game, Dreams FC defender [Abdul Bashiru] scored an own goal in the 67th minute to surrender the points to Asante Kotoko.

Dreams FC suffered a numerical blow as midfielder Amadu Dantani received a needless red card the first half, forcing his side to defend with their hearts and breathe as the Porcupine Warriors mounted an unrelenting attack on the host.

Martin Antwi nearly found the back of the net but his shot was denied by the goal post in the first half.

Though playing with a man down, Dreams FC defended very well but could not stop the fabulous boys from scoring all the same as they climb into the top 4 on the league log.
