Usain Bolt is set to compete at the Herculis EBS IAAF Diamond League meeting on July 21 as his farewell tour from competitive athletics continues.

The Jamaican sprint star will race the 100m, the distance over which he won in 9.88 when he last raced at the Louis II Stadium in 2011.

The Herculis EBS meeting is the final IAAF Diamond League meet before the IAAF World Championships London 2017, which is set to be Bolt’s final major championships.

World pole vault record-holder Renaud Lavillenie has also already been announced for next month’s Monaco event along with Olympic and world triple jump champion Caterine Ibarguen, Olympic javelin gold medallist Thomas Röhler, Olympic 1500m champion Matthew Centrowitz, world 1500m champion Asbel Kiprop, world javelin champion Julius Yego, world high jump champion Maria Lasitskene and Olympic steeplechase champion Conseslus Kipruto.
