Western Sydney Wanderers striker – Nicolai Muller played only 27th minute in their 1-0 win game against Wellington Phoenix on Friday having been knocked out in a challenge from Louis Fenton.
Muller’s season could be over, but the culprit [Fenton] got away with murder as he received yellow card for his unpardonable offense.

Louis Fenton’s action sparked outrage from football commentators – Robbie Slater and Brenton Speed.
“It should have been a straight red card,” Slater said.
“He horribly misjudged his effort on the ball. If he misjudged a tackle like that in the centre of the field on the ground on his legs there would not have been any debate about getting a red card.”
“Absolute shocker from Fenton,” Speed tweeted.
“Worthy of a straight red alone. In AFL/NFL for instance he’d be suspended for months. What sanction will @ALeague (sic) give? Yellow card so far.”
Meanwhile, the Wanderers later updated Muller’s condition on its Twitter page:
“Conscious but ok. Muller has a badly cut lip and a swollen jaw/cheek. He’s currently in our medical rooms with his wife and two kids, and is not required to go to hospital.”
