Lionel Messi confirmed himself as the greatest footballer of all time with a stunning last-minute winner in Barcelona’s 3-2 win at Real Madrid on Sunday, April 23, 2017.
The Argentine wizard bagged his second of the game with the last kick, and pulled off an incredible celebration at the Bernabeu.
The 29-year-old tore off his shirt, ran towards the corner flag and held it aloft to the fuming Los Blancos home crowd.
He then pointed to the sky signalling a cross across his body, as Madrid supporters fired off a volley of abuse.
In obvious fashion, Twitter went crazy at the epic celebration, with most agreeing this confirmed him as the all-time great of the game.
Messi scored his second of the game in injury time to give Barca all three points.
