After signing Andre Ayew on deadline day, chairman of Swansea City Football Club [Huw Jenkins] is already craving to see how the bond between the two brothers – Andre and Jordan Ayew will help the Welsh side avoid relegation.
Speaking to the media on why the club chose to resign the Ghanaian forward Huw revealed that the addition of the two brothers will be crucial in their last thirteen games judging from Jordan’s level of performance.
“With the way Jordan is playing, it will be interesting to see how his bond with his brother can develop in the remaining 13 league games.
According to Huw, Andre is not new to the club and his ability to play in different positions will be beneficial to the coach.
“Andre is a player we know very well and the manager is delighted to welcome him into the squad.
“Aside from his experience and the fact he has been here before, his ability to play in different positions is a big help to Carlos.
“He will provide the options needed in certain games.”
Andre scored 12 goals in 34 league appearances with the Welsh side before heading to West Ham in 2016.
