The Minister of Youth and Sports – Mustapha Ussif has met with the Executive Board of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana [SWAG] to discuss collaboration with the media on sports development, promotion and branding.
He hinted on Government’s commitment to organizing a successful 2023 Africa Games, the Revival of School Sports and the support for All Sports Federations especially the top sports.
Present at the meeting were; Kwabena Yeboah [President], Maurice Quansah [Vice President], Charles Osei Asibey [General Secretary], Thomas Boakye Agyeman [Assistant Gen Secretary], and Rosalind Amoah [Treasurer].
The Minister is scheduled to meet the entire General Assembly of SWAG and also embark on Regional tours to engage stakeholders.
