Super Falcons Technical Adviser, Thomas Dennerby took charge of the training of the team during the morning session today at Sol Beni Hotel Sports Center, Abidjan as he put the players through several regimes to test their readiness towards the first Test Match against the Asec Mimosas Academy team.

The 21 players and the two persons placed on Standby by the coach in case of any serious issue before Nigeria’s first game in Cape Coast, Ghana on November 18, took part in the tough training session which lasted a little over two hours.

With his Swede Assistant, Jorgen Petersen and three Nigerian coaches- Maureen Mmadu, Justine Madugu and Goalkeeper trainer.

Auwal Makwalla also taking turns to put the players through their paces at some stages during the period, Dennerby ensured that the players understood the tactics he will like to use against opponents both in the friendly matches and the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations (AWCON) in Ghana later this month.
