Bafana Bafana head coach – Hugo Broos has pruned down his squad size from 31 to twenty-three ahead of their Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe and Ghana.

South Africa will take on Zimbabwe on 3 September at the National Sports Stadium before playing Ghana at the FNB Stadium on 6 September.
