Head coach of the West African Football Academy, Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogun has thrown a caution to Asante Kotoko saying that the Red Bull Arena in Sogakope is still a treacherous ground for all clubs in Ghana.

Speaking ahead of their midweek clash with the Porcupine Warriors on Wednesday the coach said:

“I think it’s [The Red Bull Arena in Sogakope] still a treacherous grounds for all clubs in Ghana.

“It’s just unfortunate that we’ve drawn one of our matches and lost one, but that doesn’t take away the fact that the place is a fearsome ground.”

The tactician further reiterated that they are ready for Kotoko come Wednesday:

“For Kotoko’s match I think we’ve watched Kotoko play and we need to tactically plan against them.

“Once the Olympics game is over, the preparation for Kotoko’s match start from now!

Coach Nartey’s side drew blanks against Hearts of Oak on matchday 4 and lost 1-2 to Liberty Professionals on matchday 6, but is confident that WAFA will win against Asante Kotoko.
