Bayern Munich dominate Germany’s Bundesliga like LeBron James dominates the NBA’s Eastern Conference. Well, almost.
Bayern clinched its fifth consecutive Bundesliga title Saturday and celebrated the way they always do – pouring beer over everything like they’ve never won anything before. In this case, that included one unlucky TV reporter: Britta Hofmann of Sky Sports.
That’s Bayern star Arjen Robben pouring beer on Hofmann, as she interviews retiring legend Philipp Lahm. It’d be nice if Hofmann were simply allowed to do her job without being covered in beer, but she was a good sport about it on Twitter.
That roughly translates to “Philipp Lahm had nevertheless wished me good luck shortly before.”
Robben got what was coming to him, too, via teammate Thiago.
