The Premier Soccer League [PSL] is all, but set to restart the 2019/20 season on Saturday, July 18 with 14 training venues and 11 stadiums approved to host the resumption of the games.
In a letter sent to SAFA on Friday, acting CEO Tebogo Motlanthe informed the motherbody of the procedure for the resumption and also confirmed Gauteng as the location from July 18.
“I write to inform you that the Board of Governors of the League met yesterday to determine training and playing venues, and the date to return to match play in the BSE (biologically safe environment),” wrote Madlala in a letter dated July 10.
The PSL will use 11 stadium for the remaining fixtures – FNB Stadium, Orlando Stadium, Dobsonville Stadium, Rand Stadium, Makhulong Stadium, Ellis Park, Bidvest Wits, Loftus Versfeld, Lucas Moripe Stadium, University of Pretoria and the Tsakane Stadium.
