Priscilla Adubea won the heart of many at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Sunday, November 05, 2017 having scored four goals to help the Black Princesses humiliates Kenya 5-0 in the first leg of their FIFA U-20 World Cup qualifying match.
The 2016 SWAG [Sports Writers Association of Ghana] Female Footballer of the Year [Priscilla Adubea] grabbed the baton from Helena Obeng who gave Ghana the lead to score a brace in each half.
With Ghana leading 5-0 on aggregate, the second leg in a fortnight is likely to be a mere formality.
The Black Princesses recorded a magnificent 10-0 aggregate win over Algeria [5-0, 5-0 in two legs] in the first round of the qualification.
Ghana is seeking to take one of the two slots allotted to Africa for next year’s FIFA Women’s Youth Championship.
The 2018 FIFA U-20 World Cup will be hosted by France from August 07-26, 2018.
