Tunisian born handball player Oussamma Boughanmi of Espérance de Tunis started his professional handball career in 2008 when he was 18.
The African Championship Winner competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics where he played an integral part in helping the team reach quarter-finals.
He is also a regular mention for the best left wing in tournaments due to his performance as he was named the best left winger in the 2009 and 2011 World Championships and 2020 African Championship
Spending about 6 years in Club Africain (Tunisia) where he started his career he was named the best left wing in the Youth World Championship in 2009 even though Tunisia placed 4th in that tournament and is also currently the best left wing at the just ended African Championship in Tunisia this year where they lost the final to Egypt.
The Left Winger is known to average at least 4 goals per match for his team as he has scored 621 goals in 138 appearances for Tunisia.
Looking at the good side of the loss to Egypt, his side qualified for the qualification tournament for the Tokyo Olympics.
Oussama Boughanmi is one of the athletes who can not wait for the Tokyo Olympics as he is ready to push harder during the qualifiers tournament against Croatia, Portugal, and France who share the same group with them.
