FootballDataBase has released its latest club rankings on the continent [CAF] and Ghanaian clubs are conspicuously missing in the top 20 ranked teams in Africa.
According to FootballDataBase’s quarterly ranking report, seven-time champions Al Ahly top the standings ahead of fellow Egyptian rivals Esperance.
Five-time champions league and two-time Confederation Cup Congolese winners, TP Mazembe, proudly hold a third-post rating, while South African giants – Mamelodi Sundowns sit sixth on the log.
The top 10 ranked teams features seven clubs from North Africa.
