Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs pulled a shocking 1-1 draw game with Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park on matchday 19 of the Ghana Premier League.

The visitors [Ebusua Dwarfs] broke the deadlock through their leading marksman Nicholas Gyan in the 51st minute after a barren first half.

Dwarfs suffered numerical disadvantage in the 56th minute when Stephen Bentsil was red carded [second bookable offense] for bringing down Stephen Amankona in the danger zone.

Stephen Sarfo pulled parity for Berekum Chelsea in the 59th minute, but his strike partner Stephen Amankona failed to put his side in front in the 63rd minute when he was put through by Sarfo.

Alfred Okai Quaye missed a golden opportunity to shoot his side to victory in the 75th minute from the spot after Stephen Sarfo had been brought down in the box.

Ebusua Dwarfs defended gallantly in the last ten minutes of the game to ensure they leave the Golden City Park with at least a point.

The result leaves Ebusua Dwarfs at the 5th position on the league table with 27 points whiles Berekum Chelsea is sixth with 26 points.
