Hakim Ziyech is delighted having put out repeated outstanding performances for the first in a week in Chelsea jersey since joining the Blues from Ajax.

Captured from Ajax for a fee of €40 million, Ziyech’s life at Chelsea did not start as he was expecting after picking an injury in the Blues last pre season friendly game which ruled the Moroccan out for weeks, but the 27-year-old midfielder returned with a bang last week as proved the class he’s made up of in Chelsea’s last two games against Krasnodar [Champions League] and Burnley [Premier League].

Ziyech who was voted the Most Valuable Player in Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moore shared his delight in an interview with the club’s website.

“It has been a really good week for me and hopefully we can continue,” he said.

“Especially after the European game, coming here [Turf Moore] I think we did a really good game. We started well and gave Burnley problems.

“They had one big chance at the beginning but after that we controlled the game.

“Life at Chelsea is good, I am where I’m supposed to be. I feel good and feel at home and everything is fine,” he added.
