Acting regional senior manager for South West Business [MTN], Mr. Mohammed Tiyuniba Mohammed has explained how important the MTN Golf Invitational tournament is to the global telecommunications giant.

“As a business, we find the invitational golf engagement very important because through our interactions with you we receive constructive feedback on our services which we take seriously,” Mr. Tiyuniba said in a statement at the maiden edition of the 2019 MTN Invitational Golf tournament held on April 13 at the Bogoso Golf Course in the Western region.

“Indeed the feedback we receive has given us the opportunity to know more about the telecommunications needs and preferences of you as our individual and our corporate stakeholders,” he adds.

He further reiterated the steps being taken by MTN to delight its customers:

“This year has been declared ‘Year of the Customer’ and that certainly includes you all. As a result, we are taking a lot of steps to delight you with services that will brighten your lives even better.

“I am sure many of you have heard about our 4G plus technology which is bringing faster speeds to users. So far we have rolled out more than 600 cell sites across the country and I am sure some of you are already enjoying the service.

“In addition, we launched a new product called Turbo Net. With its high- powered external antenna, this plug and play router and data SIM delivers fast internet in MTN 4G locations.

“The Turbo Net provides instant high speed internet for up to 32 concurrent users. To enjoy the service, your location must be within MTN’s 4G coverage. Our hard working team can provide information about this device if you are interested.”
