For all the attention and criticism LaVar Ball gets for his outlandish remarks, Lonzo Ball is almost a polar opposite.
He prefers to have his game do the talking while sitting back as his father riles up the entire sports world. But on Sunday, the Lakers’ No. 2 overall pick dropped a blistering take that would make his father proud.
Ball randomly proclaimed that he prefers 21 Savage’s “Issa Album” to Jay Z’s “4:44.” Sure, Lonzo has every right to express his opinion, but he managed to send fans into a frenzy by doing so.
Teammate and fellow rookie Josh Hart wasn’t a fan of that take.
