The fates of the Ayew brothers – Andre and Jordan Ayew still hangs in the air as coach Kwesi Appiah has refused to name them in his Black Stars call ups for the third consecutive time.

Andre Ayew [West Ham United] and Jordan Ayew [Swansea City] have constantly been missing in coach Kwesi Appiah’s call ups after the Black Stars versus Congo match at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium [Kumasi] which ended goalless.

Meanwhile, Abass Mohammed, Godfred Donsah, Nasiru Mohammed, and Nana Ampomah have been handed their debut call up.

Returning to his [Kwesi Appiah] squad are Mubarak Wakaso [Spain] and Abdul Majeed Waris of Lorient in France.

Asamoah Gyan [captain] who missed Ghana’s last match with Uganda in Kampala through injury has returned into the team. Thomas Partey on the other hand has been ruled out of the Egypt clash due to accumulation of cards.

The Black Stars will come face-to-face with the Pharaohs of Egypt on November 12, 2017 at the Cape Coast Stadium. The Egyptians have already secured their qualification for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, having topped the Group E table.
