Liberty Professionals left back Ernest Danso has said that their goalless drawn game against Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park last Sunday was not an easy match, but the tactics of coach David Ocloo did the magic for the scientific soccer lads.

“It was a tough game, but because we listened to the coach tactics we made it,” the defender said in a post match interview.

Comparing this particular match to their first game of the season against Legon Cities FC, the left back noted that their match against Berekum Chelsea was an improved version of their first because they went to the drawing board to correct their mistakes before embarking on their journey to Berekum.

“We went back to the drawing board [with our coach], corrected our mistakes and made sure we were coming here to display what the coach taught us that’s why we were able to come up with such performance.”

Liberty Professionals are yet to win a game in the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season, having drawn two out of two games so far which places them at the 10th position on the log with 2 points.

The scientific soccer lads have a tough game on Sunday, January 12 as they host Medeama Sporting Club at the Carl Reindorf Park in Dansoman, Accra.
