Jamaican sprinter – Yohan Blake continued his fine form on Sunday having ran 20.22 seconds to win the men’s 200m at the American Track League meeting in California.

The 2011 World Championships 100m gold medallist [Blake] had to push hard to out stage his compatriot – Rasheed Dwyer [20.22] who defeated him at the national championships in Kingston last month in the tune-up race to Tokyo 2020.

Jevaughn Minzie came third in 20.29 seconds while the ever-improving Jazeel Murphy also finished fourth in 20.49 seconds.

The Beast [Yohan Blake] whose personal best [in 100m] stands at 9.69 seconds [Lausanne 2012] won silver medals in both 100 and 200m at the London 2012 Olympic Games, but could not repeat such monstrous performance in the last summer Games in Rio 2016.
