Anthony Joshua has wished Mesut Ozil good luck ahead of Arsenal’s 2017/18 Premier League campaign.

The heavyweight champion of the world is a Gunners fan and seemingly on friendly terms with the German.

At what appears to be a meet and greet with the 27-year-old, Joshua is asked if he has a message for Mesut.

Breaking into a smile, the undefeated boxer says: “Mesut, what’s going on, G? I don’t see you anymore in Golders Green, in the kebab… I’m not going to say your location on camera.

“But I hope you’re well nevertheless and good luck for the season. We’ll support you.”

Joshua is currently between bouts after a much anticipated rematch against Wladimir Klitschko ended with the Ukrainian retiring.

Ozil’s Premier League season will begin when the Gunners take on Leicester City on Friday night.

The 28-year-old has just one year season left on his current contract and is yet to extend with the Gunners.
