Newly signed Hearts of Oak defensive virtuoso – Konadu Yiadom has shared his delight having swerved Asante Kotoko to sign for the Phobians.
The former West African Football Academy [WAFA] stalwart defender has opened up on why chose Hearts over the Porcupine Warriors:
“I chose the best team in our league because I have to achieve my career ambitions,” Yiadom told Hearts communications during his official unveiling.
The young, but intelligent defender added that he believes the Hearts platform is the best to enhance his ambitions.
“This is where the aim will be most fulfilled. It’s a dream come true.”
Konadu Yiadom is expected to form a rock solid defensive partnership with Mohammed Alhassan for Hearts in the upcoming season.
