Sprint ‘Nanny’ Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is all, but ready for the 2021 JAA National Senior Championships which comes up at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica from June 24 to 27th.
The triple Olympian with six medals and an outstanding eleven world championships medals [9 gold, 2 silver] is seriously heating her spikes up for the upcoming Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games where she has promised to mount the podium once more.
Fraser-Pryce [34yrs], sounded the alarm bells last Friday in Doha as she raced to victory [10.84 sec] in the women’s 100m at the Diamond League.
According to the Jamaican sprint star, she’s ready to earn her spot at the National Senior Championships and further represent Jamaica at the Summer Olympics.
“Making the podium at the last 3 Olympics is never taken for granted,” she wrote via her social media page.
“With 3 weeks to National Trials I’m excited and ready to earn my spot for the opportunity to represent the black, green and gold for my 4th appearance!” she added.
