Black Stars defender Daniel Amartey starred in Leicester City’s 2-0 win over Watford at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
The Ghanaian joined the Foxes during the 2016 Winter transfer window and helped the then Premier League new boys – Leicester City to win the EPL title. Daniel Amartey featured five times for the ‘Dream Team,’ making his debut on February 27 at the King Power Stadium where the Foxes piped Norwich City 1-0.
He became an integral part of the team after the departure of Frenchman N’Golo Kante. Meanwhile, the Ghanaian became surplus to requirement in the first round of the 2017/2018 season.
But he has suddenly become the pillar at the right back position for Leicester City and was on cloud nine in over the weekend.
Daniel Amartey  won two fouls and had sixty seven  touches on the ball with a pass accuracy of 76.7%.
