Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association, Mr. Ibrahim Sannie Daara has disclosed that the technical team of the Ghana Black Stars has been divided ahead of Ghana’s 2018 World Cup qualifying match against Congo.

Speaking on the Ultimate Morning Sports Show on Asempa [94.7] FM on Monday, August 28 Mr. Sannie Daara revealed that the GFA and the Kwesi Appiah led technical team met in a meeting where a decision was arrived that the bench be divided into two halves.

According to Mr. Sannie Daara, Maxwell Konadu and Dauda Luthrodt will be in charge of the Black Stars B team who are preparing for the West Africa Football Union [WAFU] tournament whiles Kwesi Appiah and Ibrahim Tanko will be in charge of the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup hunting team.

The senior national team [Black Stars] will start their training today ahead of their Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Congo on Friday, September 01 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
