Manager of Inter Allies Football Club, Felix Aboagye has admitted that there is pressure on his team to perform due to their current position on the league table.

The Accra based club have been able to amass just sixteen points after matchday 20.

Speaking in a post match interview after their 0-1 defeat to Hearts of Oak yesterday, the coach of the club admitted that their current position is in a way inviting some pressure on the players.

“We have a lot of pressure on us simply because this is not the Inter Allies we know.

“We didn’t start the league very well which has landed us in where we are, but we are trying to make amends to build up on the log.

“We are a very good side. We are not disappointed yet, but hopefully we can make some gains in our next match.”

Coach Felix Aboagye, however, believes that despite the challenges facing Inter Allies they can still change the tides with determination:

“We can do it with determination and a little bit of encouragement I think the boys can lift up their game.

“This is an away game. All is not lost yet even though we could have picked a point judging from the way we played today.”
