Iraqi Premier League side – Erbil Sport Club have written to 2020/21 Ghana Premier League champions [Hearts of Oak], requesting for the release of Nuru Sulley.

According to a letter signed by the President Erbil Sport, Taha Kader, the Yellow Castle [Erbil Sport Club] wants the former Naft Al-Junoob SC centre back on loan for the 2021/22 Iraqi League season with an option to buy.

Nuru, 29 has become surplus to requirement Hearts of Oak and a move to the Franso Hariri Stadium could help him regain his lost form.

Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak who are preparing for the 2021/22 CAF Champions League are unwilling to release the player to any club due to the player’s rich experience which the club believe could help them in their continental football campaign.
