The IAAF Diamond League series moves on to Oslo on Thursday (June 15) for the fifth meeting in the series, with all three Rio Olympic medallists among those in action in the men’s high jump.

Canada’s Olympic champion Derek Drouin will go up against Mutaz Essa Barshim of Qatar and Ukraine’s Bohdan Bondarenko, plus Britain’s Robbie Grabarz and China’s Zhang Guowei.

This year the meeting’s Oslo Dream Mile will be an under-20 race, with Norway’s 16-year-old Jakob Ingebrigtsen, who ran 3:58.07 for the mile recently, among those racing. His brother, Filip, goes in the 1500m – the distance over which he won European gold last summer. That race also features Britain’s Charlie Grice and Jake Wightman, plus Abdalaati Iguider, Elijah Manangoi, Silas Kiplagat and Ayanleh Souleiman.

World champion Dafne Schippers and Britain’s Bianca Williams go in the 200m, while the men’s 100m features three Britons – Adam Gemili, Chijindu Ujah and Reece Prescod – plus Canada’s triple Olympic medallist Andre De Grasse.

Matthew Hudson-Smith, Pavel Maslak and two of the Borlee brothers – Jonathan and Kevin – line up in the 400m, while the men’s 400m hurdles is set to see Norway’s Karsten Warholm in action against a field including Olympic champion Kerron Clement.

Another Olympic gold medallist – Caster Semenya – goes in the 800m, with the field another featuring all three Rio medallists as she is joined by Francine Niyonsaba and Margaret Wambui, plus Eunice Sum and Britain’s Lynsey Sharp.

Brits Shara Proctor, Lorraine Ugen and Jazmin Sawyers all contest the long jump, while Tiffany Porter races the 100m hurdles.
