Portugal captain – Cristiano Ronaldo seem to be hitting the right notes at the ongoing Euro 2020 tournament.

The Juventus forward made history in his first game having scored a brace in Portugual’s 3-0 win over Hungary, putting him at the top of all-time goalscoring chart with 11 goals, beating Michel Platini’s nine.

Czech Republic striker – Patrick Schick is second on the Euro 2020 goal king chart with three [3] goals, but with zero assist.

Other contenders for the goal king award are; Andriy YARMOLENKO [2 goals], Roman YAREMCHUK [2 goals], Ciro IMMOBILE [2 goals], Manuel LOCATELLI [2 goals], Romelu LUKAKU [2 goals], and Denzel DUMFRIES [2 goals].

Cristiano Ronaldo is yet to win an international Golden Boot Award, but the Portuguese forward is nonetheless just two goals behind Ali Daei’s all-time international goals record of 109.
