Led by Cristiano Ronaldo, European champions Portugal arrived at Kazan’s airport last night with a mission to causing upset ahead of the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup.
The debutant, Portugal will open their campaign on Sunday, June 18, 2017 against Mexico in the Tatarstan capital.
Following their match against the current CONCACAF Gold Cup holders, Portugal are set to play hosts Russia in Moscow on 21 June and New Zealand in Saint Petersburg on 24 June.
Portugal, Chile and hosts Russia are the three contenders who will be appearing for the first time at the FIFA Confederations Cup.
