www.sportsghana.com brings you the guidebook from the Black Stars’ training as Ghana prepares to face Congo on Friday, September 01 in their first leg match of the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier in the Garden City, Kumasi.
Twenty-two [22] players turned up for training on Tuesday at the Baba Yara Stadium except Columbus Crew SC duo – Jonathan Mensah and Harrison Afful who could not train because of their late arrival to camp.
The two defenders had a separate recovery shake up beside the main team’s training.
Meanwhile, John Boye could not complete the full stretch of the training because of a slight knock he sustained, but there are no serious concerns to his injury.
Lumor Agbenyenu is yet to join the team as he’s trying to complete a deal from Portimonese before the transfer deadline shut on Thursday.
The training continues today at the Baba Yara Stadium at exactly 4:00pm.
