Ghana female U-20 football team, the Black Princesses left Ghana for Algeria yesterday to take on their Algerian counterpart in the first leg of the African qualifiers for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Ghana is seeking to take one of the two slots allotted to Africa for next year’s FIFA Women’s Youth Championship.
The 2018 FIFA U-20 World Cup will be hosted by France from August 07-26, 2018.
Meanwhile, the Black Princesses’ qualification journey starts on Saturday, September 16 as they take on Algeria.
