WBC and The Ring magazine heavyweight champion – Tyson ‘The Gypsy King’ Fury could simply not hold his calm upon hearing the news that his match anticipated title clash against Dillian ‘The Body Snatcher’ Whyte has finally been confirmed on Friday.
The fight, to be staged in a yet to be named venue in the United Kingdom is the biggest purse bid in boxing history as Queensberry Promotions’ £31m [$41,025,000] out-staged Matchroom Boxing’s £24m [$32,222,222].
Shortly after the agreement was reached, the Gypsy King took to his Twitter handle to make his own video announcement while sharing his delight:
“Very happy guys, purse bid, Big GK is coming home, I’m coming home!!!
