Tiemoue Bakayoko completed his medical at Chelsea this morning and will be officially unveiled later tonight.

According to RMC Sport journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi, the deal will go through today, with the final details being ironed out.

The midfielder is set to complete a £40m move to Chelsea after the club were able to work out a deal to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

He is set to become Chelsea’s third signing of the summer, after Willy Cabellero and Antonio Rudiger.

Cabellero joined on a free transfer from Manchester City, whilst Rudiger joined from Italian side Roma for a fee in the region of £33m.

Antonio Conte is still on the lookout for a new striker – after missing out on Romelu Lukaku – with Alvaro Morata and Andrea Belotti having been mentioned.
