Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is getting in as many races as possible as she seeks to get back to her very best ahead of the 2019 World Championships of Athletics.
On that quest, was a stop at the 125th running of the Penn Relays where she led a team of Jamaicans inclusive of Natasha Morrison, Shillonie Calvert and Sasha Lee Forbes, to victory in the 4×100 metres.
The Jamaicans crossed the tape in 43.19 seconds to finish ahead of Canada’s team of Farah Jacques, Crystal Emmanuel, Shaina Harrison and Khamica Bingham, who clocked 44.37, more than second in arrears.
The United States finished up third in the event, the team of Dezerea Bryant, Aaliyah Brown, Destiny Carter and Taylor Bennett, finishing in 44.40.
USA Red were followed by USA Blue, 44.60, Guyana, 46.84, and Kenya, 48.40.
