Amir Khan’s comeback fight has been fixed for April 21, 2018 at the Echo Arena in Liverpool as the Brit [King Khan] takes on Canadian – Phil Le Greco.

The last time the former unified light-welterweight world champion [Amir Iqbal Khan] stepped into the ring was two years ago and he’s ready to rewrite the wrongs of the past.

“I can’t wait to get back into the ring on April 21 at the Echo Arena in Liverpool,” said Khan.

“Phil Lo Greco will be coming with everything to win this fight and I’m not going to give him an inch. He’s an aggressive fighter who is always looking to press the fight and come forward.

“That makes for a very exciting and action-packed fight for the fans.

Khan [35-31-4, KO’s 19] however, believes Phil ‘The Italian Sensation’ Le Greco [31-28-3, KO’s 15] will put up a good show, but he will come out victorious in the end.

“I respect him as a fighter and know he will be coming with big ambitions, but I’m going to put on a great performance and prove to the boxing world that the ‘King’ is well and truly back.”

The Italian Sensation has faced the likes of Errol Spence [IBF world welterweight champion] and his most likely next opponent Shawn Porter.

This will be Amir Khan’s first fight since he got signed by Matchroom.
