Premier Soccer League side, AmaZulu have given assistant coach – Moeneeb Josephs a contract extension to remain until the end of the current season.
The club announced that it became necessary because as the league was halted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
“We’ve agreed with Moeneeb that he will stay on as an assistant coach to Ayanda Dlamini until the completion of the season,” AmaZulu general manager Lunga Sokhela told the Daily Sun.
The extension does not, however, mean he will be at the club next season, although there will be a discussion over the possibility.
“At the end of the season, the club will hold talks with him,” Sokhela added.
