Head of Human Resource, MTN Ghana [Ama Benneh-Amponsah] has said that the leading telecommunications industry in terms of voice clarity holds families of its staff to a higher esteem.
Speaking in an interview at the annual MTN Family Day Out event at the Ghana Armed Forces Sports Complex [Burma Camp] Ama Benneh-Amponsah elucidated how MTN cherishes its workers and their families:
“We believe that our families are our biggest partners. We wake up early in the morning to go to work and when we come home, we have people who keep us at peace and get us ready for the next day.”
Ama Benneh-Amponsah further reiterated the vibes families add up to the overall productivity of its manpower.
“The contribution of MTN is not just done by individual showing up at work, but also because families contribute towards their productivity.”
The MTN Family Day Out is an annually held event where MTN gather its staff and families at a location to give them a special threat whilst engaging in sporting activities.
