2017 Ghana Premier League champions – Aduana Stars have been decorated with their silverware at a brief but colourful ceremony held at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa Ahenkro on Sunday, November 06.
The ‘Ogya Boys’ secured 57 points to beat competition from the West Africa Football Academy [51] and Hearts of Oak [45] points.
For their prize, the former CAF Champions League campaigners [Aduana Stars] received a cheque of $30,000 from the Premier League Board [PLB] being their prize money for winning the league.
The Brong Ahafo based Premier League side will represent Ghana in next year’s CAF Champions League competition.
