Forest Rangers FC has confirmed that 28 staff members of the team have tested positive for coronavirus.
The Football Association of Zambia [FAZ] had made it mandatory for players and other essential team officials to undergo Covid-19 tests.
Meanwhile, in a letter sighted by SPORTS24GHANA.COM, the team explained that 58 members took the test from which 30 came out as negative.
According to the club, they are in touch with the District Health team for necessary precautions.

Zambia decided to restart the 2019/2020 Zambia Super League season behind closed doors amid the health crisis with 2,810 confirmed infections in the country and 109 deaths.
Rangers are seeking a first title since being founded in 1975 and were due to face Zanaco on Saturday in Ndola.
