The Ghana Blind Goalball team [men and women] have open camp in Cape Coast ahead of the 2021 IBSA African Goalball Championships set to be staged from December 3 to 11 in Ghana.

The team is made up of 6 men and 6 women with 8 technical officers accompanying the them.

The Ghana Blind Sports Association and the international Blind Sports Federation body will stage the IBSA Goalball African Championship that has previously been held in Algeria and Egypt.

Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, Morocco, Cameroon, Algeria and Ivory Coast will joined host Ghana for the competition that serves as qualifiers to the IBSA world Goalball championship to be held in China next year.

Benedict Ntreh, Ebenezer Mati Omaboe, Eric Aloko, Dominic Appiah-kissi. Others are Eric kissi, David Tweneboah Kodua, Francis Adu and Philip Otuo.

All COVID-19 protocols would be strictly enforced before during and after the competition.
