President of the Confederation of African Football [CAF] Dr. Ahmad Ahmad has revealed that he was brought up to acknowledge greatness.

Since succeeding Issa Hayatou as the President of CAF, the 57-year-old former Malagasy sports minister and senator [Ahmad Ahmad] has indoctrinated former football greats into his administration.

Speaking to the media in Accra on Wednesday, Dr. Ahmad explained that showing gratitude is part of his lifestyle.

"I was born to show gratitude.

"Managing football without showing gratitude is against my religion," he added.

Dr. Ahmad further reiterated that it's a great pride to have an African legend [George Oppong Weah] as President of Liberia.

He, however, assured that his administration will continue to listen to the views of all stakeholders because he believes that management is all about brainstorming.
